These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life
As it is written, there is none righteous, no, not one:
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of
God
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
You can’t buy it.
You can’t work for it.
You can’t be good enough for it.
You know you’re a sinner.
You believe there is a penalty for that sin.
You believe Jesus is the son of God.
He died on the cross for you.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thy heart that god hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not on the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
